


What to Expect
Morning Workshops
Led by UGA art professors and experienced art educators, students will participate in engaging, skill-building workshops across a variety of media and techniques. These sessions are designed to deepen artistic practice and expose students to new ideas and materials.
Student Exhibitions
Afternoon Throwdown Art Challenges
In the second half of the day, students will compete in fast-paced, creative challenges across a wide range of media—from chalk murals and figure drawing to sculpture and fashion design. These throwdowns are designed to be fun, collaborative, and creatively intense.
Lunch will be provided at one of the University of Georgia’s dining halls, giving students a chance to relax and connect with peers from across the state.
Students are invited to submit original artwork for the Pin Up Art Show, an exhibition celebrating student voice and vision. As well as other scholarship opportunities.

Optional Friday Night Event
Awards Ceremony
The day will conclude with an awards ceremony recognizing outstanding performances in the Throwdown Challenges and celebrating student achievement.
Chapters interested and able to attend are invited to a special evening at the Georgia Museum of Art on Friday, January 30th at 4PM. This optional event offers a chance to explore the museum’s collection and connect with other NAHS students in a relaxed, inspiring setting.
